RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused or gently used, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at support@petneathome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@petneathome.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, items that have been extensively used cannot be returned.
