REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Point of View Beauty purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lip products.

To initiate a return, contact us at jose18gccc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
