Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lip products. To initiate a return, contact us at jose18gccc@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
